Please help me remove worm attached to my email

Sorry for the delayed response. If you have not received help elsewhere and still need help please follow the instructions in IMPORTANT - Read This Before Posting A Log and post the two text files, main.txt and extra.txt produced by the Deckard's System Scanner.

I had performed all of the steps indicated and when I tried to attach the log it told me that it was too large and it needed to be reduced. I did not know what to do to reduce it. Instead I went on line and found a debugging and protective program and I think I have solved the problem. Thank you for your response if not your "quick" response.
