I have allot of pop ups and my windows security alert is constantly showing me an alert of:

that and my internet browsing is very slow..I already downloaded the dss.exe and run the program and I attached the files main and extra so i hope you can help me

i have downlaoded spyware bot and scaned en deleted the bad entries but i have backed it up.....i have the new main txt....uploaded so there it is if you need it....i wont scan anymore though
