Hi - Can anyone help with this problem.
I have a Pixma Mp170. Printer.Copier.Scanner.
Everything work great except the Scanner - it just wont work.
Using MP navigator it comes up with error message 2,2550. The scanner makes noises so you think its going to work then - nothing.

Can anyone help.

Hi have tried again and am now getting another message.

Cant communicate with scanner
Scanner may be turned off A cable might be disconnected (have checked and it is not)
Please check the status and try again
Scanner driver will be closed

Error 21550

Can someone please tell me what all this means

I've got the MP160 with the same problem. Won't scan. Same code and messages.
