What did you actually buy? Who shipped it? Is this a vehicle you just acquired?
I bought the vehicle from Japan and upon receipt i found that the audio was not functioning properly. it was giving error codes 101 and 102. I used google lens to interpret the Japanese language that is when i discovered the problem was due to firmware SD Card which was missing from the unit.
