I get this error anytime I try to ping any host on the netwok or an outside host. I looked the error code up online and all the information I found pointed to a firewall, but I'm not using a firewall of any kind. I believe it has something to do with settings but I can't seem to get it to work.

I think we need to see a HijackThis log at this point.
