1. Is there a way for me to migrate from vbulletin to phpnuke?

2. I put in a shoutbox and I have it set up for center top but when I look on my homepage the shoutbox is under the news. Anyidea how I can fix it so its all the way to the top. tnpgaming.com/nuke

3. Also last question. I have like a point mod and shop for phpnuke forums. How do I add it?

I am going to do a little looking about your first question.

I have looked at your site and it appears that your shoutbox is in the center above the Welcome to TNP Gaming section. I am not sure where you want it or what broswer you are using to view it, but I have looked at it in Firefox, IE9, and chrome.
