Before I describe my problem I do have the most recent Nvidia driver (364.72) for my GTX960 and I don't have any problems with my GPU whatsoever when it comes to heavy applications or gaming. Benchmarking tools and stress tests have come out just fine. However, from time to time, not very often, but often enough for me to notice, I get the error message Display Driver Stopped Responding on the right corner when opening Photoshop CC. And yes, I do own a valid copy of the software which is using the latest patch. Nothing really happens after that, Photoshop still open and work like normal and no system crashes. Today when I got the error I went to play some games and no sign of being unstable. This also occurs if trying to use older versions of Photoshop as well. I also can't notice anything wrong when monitoring temperatures when using Photoshop. One thing worth mentioning though is that this only occurs on my Windows 10 Home x64 computer. If I put it on Windows 7 there are pretty much no isses whatsoever. Could it perhaps be a Windows 10 related driver glitch with Photoshop as I don't experience this with other applications? I see Nvidia trying to push fixes out for Photoshop CC in particular in their change lists.
