I have been using PE Deluxe for sometime then I tried to edit a photo like I did in the past and I got an error message that says I don have access to a command file in the registry. I went into the registry and granted the full permission still I am getting the same error message. I tried uninstalling the application but the error message blocks me from uninstalling it. Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this issue.
