Please help me!!

My computer keeps loading up the black screen asking if i want to load it in safe mode. No matter which option you pick it just restarts and loads the same page again and again.

I've tried un-plugging it and leaving it for a few days but just get the same problem. I think it has a virus but am unsure.

Do you think re-installing windows will solve the problem?

Yes, re-installing Windows will most likely solve the problem. Remember that by doing this you will lose everything on your hard drive, so slave it to another computer or put it in an external case to get anything important off it.

Google will tell you how to slave a drive (usually by connecting it to the other computer's secondary IDE cable).
