PC suffering from malware

Hello,

I'm having a wee problem with an infection.
Every time a open Internet Explorer, a get pop ups offering anti-virus/anti-malware. I've been ignoring and closing them, but sometimes they force explorer to shut.

Any help would be appreciated.
