Hello,
I was using my PC recently (it's a build about 3 weeks old) and it froze up on me. Since then, it's gone from freezing during use to refusing to properly boot at all. Sometimes the BIOS setup works for a few seconds before it freezes.

All fans are running and lights are on.

OS - Windows 7
Card - Sapphire Radeon 8650
CPU - AMD FX-6100
Mobo - ASUS M5A78L-MX motherboard
RAM - 2 sticks of 4GB (8GB total) DDR3-1600 RAM
PSU - Startech 630W (sucks, I know)

Hardware fault, likely the motherboard or power supply.

Try clearing the CMOS. You could also try booting with a single stick of RAM at a time.
