Hi there,

I am trying to create a "Patch CD" for Win Xp. Basically, what I want to do is get all the patches from Microsoft onto a CD/DVD and then use it to update multiple machines instead of downloading the patches.

I'm doing this because sometimes, clients haven't updated their machines in years and when the connect to the net to do so, they immediately get infected.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Or on a software/ freeware available that can do this?

Hi seantoscano and welcome to TSF

I am not actually sure, where this program exists but if you find it please tell because I need the same thing . The only updates I know how to install on a Windows Disk are the service packs. I know how to slipstream a SP2 on a Windows Disk and SP1 on a XP Disk. This is all, I am sorry I can not be more of help :frown:
