partition trouble

I recently got a little bit of spyware that I couldn't remove.. I was looking for an excuse to reformat so I did. I have 2 120 gig HD's. One on which I store media. and one which runs the OS. I have reformatted and everything runs fine.. Except I am only finding 2 Hd's in my computer. 1 is correct and the other shows a small partition from my media drive. I need to know how to access the rest of the drive without formatting. Thanks for any help.

Welcome to TSF:

I am guessing you are able to see the extra partition under my computer???? is yes then follow steps below

right click on my computer / click manage from the menu/ click on disk management from the next menu/ then right click on the partition that has not been formatted and click format
