i want to add packet loss to my upload speed cuz i need it for a project , without effecting a lot of speed .. i have a tp link router archer 200 50Gb lte a day plan .. thankyou.

Sounds like a MiFi device, it uses cellular signals for data. Unfortunately the nature of these means that stability, speed and ping all get chopped. There's nowhere you can go to hardware to a more stable connection?
