Will my board with the latest Bios support the Xeon Processor??

Which CPU in particular? Your Mobo is 775 pin and the newer CPU's are 1156 & 1366 pin.

I know people run these on this board but want to know if anyone is on here. X3350 I belive is the number.

I've never used that particular CPU on that Mobo. The X3350 "should" work but it is not on the CPU Support List from Asus. Best advice would be to contact Asus to be certain.
