I have a P4P800, 2x Infineon 500MB DDR PC3200 in the blue slots. When I start up, I get blank screen, though drives spin, etc. Then, I restart (power button) and the system POSTs, but then stops just prior to starting the OS boot with a message that overclocking failed. I can press F1 to go to setup, or F2 to continue with defaults. F2 gets me into Windows, but this is annoying.

Thing is, the bios is set to all defaults already. I've tried setting every manual setting to the slowest possible just to see if it might work, but no luck. Same issue every time .

Any ideas what else I might try?

Are you over clocking your system? If so return your system back to normal settings and try again. If you are not over clocking take a look at the temp. readings in Bios and see if the system is overheating. If your system is reading 70~74C than your system is running too hot. Hope this helps.
