First run, went all fine. I installed winxp, and restarted. After I shut down the power and turned it back on, the power led and the thinking led stayed on permanately... and nothing loaded... not even bios... I turn off, disconnected everything, now the thinking led is off, but the power is on, and still no bios loads...
