I bought this case that has a built-in power supply. The power supply says that it is "P4 ready." Does this mean that a Athlon XP motherboard and processor will not work with that power supply? How do I check to see if a processor and motherboard are compatible with a certain power supply? Do the voltages have to much up exactly the same? Or what? Some please explain in detail....

Thanks,

All of the generic ATX power supplies have the same connections, so if the power capacity is sufficient, it should work just fine. You need to check the power requirements of your system to know for sure, but I suspect any 300W or larger supply will work for a typical Athlon system.
