P3win2000 upg sp4 loads applications slowly
Hi,
My PIII with os win2000 professional sp1 256 MB RAM was loading applications (IE etc) at reasonalble speeds.
However after upgrading the os to win2000 professional sp4 the response to loading applications (IE) has become very slow.
It's got a disk space of 20GB of which 3 GB is free.
Could you please advice.
