hi to all

i have a problem with my cpu overheating. i have stripped down my pc to find out whats goin on and im prtty sure its my cpu overheating.. went to bois settings an enabled warnings for fan etc then rebboted and bleeeeep ok so i know now i got a problem so i returned to bois an shut down each warning 1 by 1 and it came to cpu and its stil bleeps

i get a bleep on startup/load on cpu and my fan sounds like its in a 1 fan race to get to no where. pc will settle after boot but any load on cpu and i get temp/fail warning .

cld this b due to me not appling the paste between cpu and heatsink?? or is my cpu on the point of cooking itself??

any recommendations please 1 first step will be to but some silver paste between them both and see what happens . jus want to bring down temp.. uncomfortable with it at 75 c and rising when loaded im pretty sure it was at around 34 t 35 c but has somehow jumped

You must have thermal paste between the heatsink and cpu or you will burn up the cpu.

Get yourself some artic silver5 and follow these instructions

I would not run the computer untill you get thermal paste
