What are the GPU temps (look with RivaTuner if you don't know). Also, are any of your games crashing or are you getting artifacts?

BTW, how much did you overclock it? What were the stock GPU/RAM speeds and what are the current speeds?

ok this is really wierd now whenever I turn the frequencies down it says that it isnt stable and when I turn them up it says it isnt stable and medieval 2 almost crashed like the sound would keep playing over and over and then a black screen came up but then the game worked fine 10 seconds later. how to you restore all frequencies to factory defaults?:4-dontkno :upset:

I wouldn't suggest overclocking your video card at all. There are a few reasons for this.
1. Quite often overclocking results in large instability problems.
2. If you overclock a video card, it usually voids the warranty for the card, so if you have any problems later on down the track, you can't send the card back for a replacement.
3. The third reason is a little more obvious, overclocking can result in overheating problems, not just with your video card, but with the other parts too.

turn them back to stock and just dont overclock, really overclocking is only worth it if you want to score higher on benchmarks otherwise for real life situations the increase of maybe 5 fps wont make a difference.
