I'm created an exchange profile for the user to outlook locally instead of remotely. All went well until it tried to upload/sync with the local pst file and it said it couldn't find it and wants me to pick a folder. Any suggestions? I don't want to lose any information. Thanks.

Afternoon,

Usually when you create a new outlook profile (on an exchange server) the pst are not mapped anymore in outlook.
You need to know where the pst is saved locally (go to the old profile if not deleted, right-click on the pst -> properties -> advanced : here you'll see the path)
Then go to your new profile -> file -> open outlook database -> browse where the pst is saved.
If you deleted the old profile, do a search on the machine for *.pst

"All went well until it tried to upload/sync with the local pst file and it said it couldn't find it" pst or ost ??
