If you're receiving via Outlook, go directly to your ISP site and deal with all existing Email there. Delete the problem one and see if client now works.

For the past week or so I am "receiving 1-11 of 11 emails - 11.4 Mb".
Sometimes the total number of emails goes up, but the initial 11 never seem to arrive. Once, when it got to the 11.4Mb, after a few seconds I saw it go to "server dropped out" or something similar.
This seems to slowing everything down.
Computer is only about 12 months old, with Win 7.
The normal incoming traffic seems OK.
Help Please ?
