outlook was unable to send out emails at an allocated timing.

Hi,

One of my users set a time to send out 3 emails from her outlook, but one of them didn't send out and the email was stuck at the outbox.

There was no error message. The email includes 2 attachment.

Is there any possibly that the email is too big, however, the attachment were not more than 4KB? She has manage to send out previously with more attachments though.

Please advise as it is very urgent.

I have previously post my question at Microsoft Community here, but no one seems to have answer yet. Hopefully, I'm not cross posting.
