In Outlook I have three identities: Main, one for myself, and one for my wife.

The problem occurs when my wife sends an email to someone from her identity.

When the recipient responds to her email by using "Reply", it is always delivered to my identity!

We each have separate email accounts through Comcast. When I try to manage identities in Outlook I can't find any place where I can verify her account information. I've read from Microsoft that each identity must be configured with the unique email account info...

Where and how do I gain access to that info?
