hi guys,
I've recently upgraded from office 2000 to 2003. the installation all went well...but i have a small problem when im using outlook 2003. i cant seem to drap and drop emails from the mailbox to the pst. the error message is " an error has occured while copying the file". i've tried repairing, reinstalling, creating a new outlook profile all didnt help. not a problem on diskspace also. i suspecting its something to do with the pst format? i've tried the "move to folder" command also its not working. any ideas guys ?
