hey, I use outlook to manage my email, and for some reason it's not allowing me to open my attachments. It says they're there, but it wont allow me to click on them, it's like they're grayed out if you know what i mean.

I don't use Outlook, but I know there's a security setting that inbhibits opening attachments. Try looking under Tools, Options, Security and unchecking the box.

It's a new "feature" courtesy of the security-minded people at M$. There's a way to turn it off, I forget what it is. Do a search in the KB at M$
