I don't think you can get rid of it when you delete individual messages. You can set OE to empty the deleted message folder on exit Tools>Options>Maintenance tab and then you'll never see that again.

Everytime I try to delete a message from the deleted messages folder in Outlook Exprees, I am asked the very silly question on whether I want to delete the message! How can I change that?
