Dear all,

My Outlook Express is very slow while sending and reciving mails , Rest of the things works fine, Only While I send / recieve mail , it takes 20 minutes to download mails.

Try signing up for a different email provider, such as gmail and use it in OE. If a different provider works OK it may be your email account.
