I believe this started when IE7 upgraded recently. I can't find a way to print the user, from, to etc. info with the emails. Anyone?
Thanks in advance

Enable "Read all messages in Plain Text"
OE/Tools/Options/Read and then try printing HTML messages

Thanks, but I have it set that way already. This just stopped working after years of trouble free printing, that's why I think it's the IE7 upgrade, which is the only change to the computer I can think of. Can't find info in help files or at microsoft or loose on the web. Any other ideas?

1. Click on File and choose Page Setup
2. Choose Memo Style
3. Select the radio button for Landscape
4. Click OK

This setting will be for this email only and only until you close it. The default setting will still be Portrait for other emails. This will at least let you print the missing header information on these random emails until Microsoft releases an official fix for it.

Geek, I have Outlook Express, that solution was for Outlook. There is no Page Setup under File. Am I the only one who encountered this?

Same here, on those PCs using IE-7 and OE-6.

Repetitive printing of the same message brings headers back. In my case, I use Fineprint, a preprint processor, thus I don't really have to print the cropped message.

Anyway very annoying.
