Hi, I'm new here so please be nice!

My Outlook 2003 crashed last week and files from 2003 to 2009 have disappeared. I now know I overloaded Outlook(2.4G) Also all music files in iTunes have disappeared for some reason.
I have now deleted all unwanted files and have started the labourious re-entry process as it now appears to be OK.
I downloaded OutlookSP2 but it will not install - I get an "Installation file PA561401.CAB missing" message.
Instructions appreciated!
Ray

The only way to restore the missing files would be if you have backups of your email. Otherwise they are gone. As for your iTunes issue, it sounds like you had a bigger problem than just an Outlook crash.

Use a program such as CCleaner to clear all of your temp files. Then try reinstalling the update. You may also consider installing SP3 first.
