Hi all,

First post and i'm throwing up problems already.

I'm trying to link a public folder in Outlook XP to Access XP, easy i hear you say, but there's more.

I designed a new form for the public folder so that i could input specific information into a contacts folder. I then link the folder into Access no problem, until i realised that the specific information that i wanted in the database has not linked. Access seems to want to add only certain fields.

Is there any way that i can select what fields i can link into the database from my shared folder?????

Any help greatly appreciated.
