Recently I've tried to make a custom contact form in outlook and after adding some text fields on Page 2 in the design view with no changes in main form page, I saved it in Outlook folders using publish as.
After that I've sent the filled with data custom contact form to a colleague and he didn't see the new fields I've added and didn't have the new tab that should direct to the new fields on page 2 (Only the main page tab was shown).
What can be the solution ? And I did first sent him the form-FDM exported file using regular email message and he did installed it in his outlook client personal folder.
