Hi,

I my outlook keeps asking for my password even after i enter it and select the remember password option. Im using windows 7. the other problem is my messages sometimes get stuck in the outbox folder, i checked the connection,tested the account settings,restarted outlook,restarted the system and still nothing. i was replying to an email when i realised.

please advise

If it keeps asking for it, then perhaps what you're entering is not correct. Are you able to send? Are you able to receive?

yes, i am able to send and receive.

Is your Outlook email a corporate account with Exchange?

If you're constantly being prompted for your password in the office you may be having a network issue such as bad cabling. Ask your co-workers are they experiencing the same problem then inform your tech support people.
If you work from home it's more likely your dsl/cable service is dropping your connection. Also if at home you use a wireless network your wireless router could be dropping your connection. Mines drops connectivity quite often but it's my wifi device not my ISP router. A simple power cycle fixes this immediately or it may be time for a new one. If these suggestions don't resolve your issue, we'll need more details to assist you further.
