I am having issues sending and receiving email. My email settings are correct as revealed when I use test settings. When I check things out with my ISP I am told there is an issue with my Outlook. If I reinstall outlook then everything works ok for a period before the issue reappears.

Can anyone suggest a solution. My operating system is Windows 7

Have you scanned for malware and viruses?

Trying using malwarebytes - download and update then boot your computer in safe mode by restarting the machine and pressing F8 as it boots then choose safe mode and then scan with malwarebytes and reboot again as normal.

You said "Test Setting" show OK. Did you test when problem occurs? From what you described, test should fail then. If not then let's see what changed Send/Receive.
