Outlook 2003 - Syncing Public Folders
Hi,
I access my Outlook e-mail via a local copy of 2003 on my laptop that connects to our company's Exchange Server. Many folders are used under the public folders, and I would love to have access to them offline (when travelling, etc). Can anyone advise me on how to do this? I've tried following many walk throughs from the Net, however I'm falling down at the *.OST stage. The default location of my OST (greyed out) doesn't exist!
