Hi,

I have a computer running Outlook 2003 (Sp3) and Windows XP (Sp3) and I just migrated from Outlook Express. This is the problem --->

When I reply to any email, 2 things happen:

1) the original (without my reply) is sent to the drafts folder (as if Outlook thinks that there was a problem sending it)

2) however, it also sends the original (with my reply) to the sent items folder (of course, this is the standard and expected routine, no problem here).

I've looked at all the settings within Outlook and exhausted all other avenues, but so far nothing has helped and I find myself at a loss to change this behaviour.

I thank you for your help, much appreciated!

"the original (without my reply) is sent to the drafts folder"
So the original received mail does not stay in the inbox ?
Is it an exchange account ? pst ?
Any rule under option -> rules/alerts ?
