When I use the help section, it gives very specific directions about how to use the rules to redirect email. However, when I go thorugh the steps "redirect" isn't one of the items in the list. I saw one thread in another area on the web that said the redirect option was disabled in 2003, but if that's so, would it still be in the help section? I checked for add-ins on Microsoft, but coudn't find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
