I am running Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP platform. About 10 days ago I realized that my e-mails were not being recieved by people i sent them to, (though I got no error messages, etc) and also some were not coming in to me.
It is an intermittent problem that does not happen with web mail, to anyone else on our network, (only one other person running a similar platform). We do not have an exchange server, virus protection (CA) is up to date. We have not been blacklisted.
I have consulted my ISP and been escalated to their top level technicians who are baffled. I have scanned by PST, which isn't too large, reinstalled Office, run scanpst several time, re-set up all e-mail accounts and who knows what else.
it seems worse when I have an attachment or sent to a group. Some people in the group will get it but most will not. Some people will get one e-mail but not another.
