Help! I have been trying to figure out why all my emails to a particular client of mine are being rejected. Any emails I send to any of the staff at this company are bounced and I get "Message to....was blocked by our Spam Firewall". I have spoken with their IT people who say that my email addresses are both listed as approved in their firewall, so they don't know why it is bouncing back. If I send to them through my blackberry I have no problem. I have also received this response from one other client, but at a totally different company.
I am using Outlook 2003, and Sympatico as my ISP. Any ideas or suggestions?
