Outlook 2003 - Emails being bounced by Spam Filter

Help! I have been trying to figure out why all my emails to a particular client of mine are being rejected. Any emails I send to any of the staff at this company are bounced and I get "Message to....was blocked by our Spam Firewall". I have spoken with their IT people who say that my email addresses are both listed as approved in their firewall, so they don't know why it is bouncing back. If I send to them through my blackberry I have no problem. I have also received this response from one other client, but at a totally different company.

I am using Outlook 2003, and Sympatico as my ISP. Any ideas or suggestions?

I would try contacting your IPS to ensure they are not the ones bouncing it back. If they are not then it is more than likely the company you are sending it to. Check with their IT and make sure they have you email spelled correctly in their whitelist.
