Hello,
Im running Win XP Pro sp3, Office 2003 Pro sp3 on my laptop. All updates are regularly applied to both. Two issues, which are possibly linked?
Outlook constantly crashes and reboots, often without me being anywhere near my laptop, so there is no pattern to this. Also, one of my hotmail accounts regularly has the entire content of emails deleted, including message, subject and contents of the From field.
In total I have six accounts running, three are hotmail and three from 1and1. I cant remember exactly when this started but it has been happening for a few months, and is slowly becoming more frequent.
So far I have tried;
Uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook; repairing Outlook; removing then adding the email accounts; creating a new Outlook profile;
None of these have worked, so any help to fix this would be much appreciated,
Thank you,

Hi Sparky,

Yes I have SP3 installed and all updates for both Office and XP. This is just really bizarre, and I cant find any other identical reports of this anywhere.
If I log in to Hotmail, all the emails and their data are correct, so it is a problem with Outlook I think.
Unfortunately upgrading to Outlook 2007 is not an option as this is a clients laptop that they supplied to me about four years ago. I have run virus scans etc. and nothing has come to light.
Any further suggestions will be greatfully received,
Cheers
