Hi folks, I think I've got a good one for you all. I've searched all over the internet, let alone these forums, for an answer but can't find anyone who's had this problem.
I administer a small office network, a couple of Win2003 servers one of which is running Exchange, maybe 50 users total. Most people use Office/Outlook '03, as do the 2 users in my situation. When 'User A' receives an email from 'User B', it shows up in her Inbox as usual but when she double-clicks to open/view it (not using reading pane) it will take nearly 2 full minutes to display. Using the reading pane, the same thing happens once it tries to display in the pane. These are both internal users.
No other users that User B sends email to experience this issue, and when User A attempts to open the emails from User B in Outlook on another computer, or via OWA, they open normally. All users are set to not use cached mode in Exchange.
On User A's problem computer, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office, deleted and recreated all mail profiles, deleted and recreated her Windows profile (non-roaming). This PC is only 45 days old and I would rather not have to reimage it, but moreso I just want to know what the **** is going on before I give up and reimage.
The PC is WinXP Pro SP3.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
