Use Outlook Express for the 2nd account??

Hello,
Is it in anyway possible to run two instances of Outlook? I've a user who needs access to another mailbox which is fine and they have access but they want to reply to mail that comes to that particular account as the "account" email address not their own email address (Hope that makes sense)
To make it work so far I have created another profile within Outlook for this account and they can login to this account and reply to mail but it is just not very practical having to log out of thier own account and then open the other one all the time.
Incidently Outlook wont let you reply to mail on the new account as the user themselves it says something along the lines of: "Unable to send mail on behalf of this user"
Any suggestions? :grin:

Forgot to add, it's mail running from an exchange server and we do not use Outlook Express, thanks.
