OS on SSD programs and files on HDD?

I recently came back to Windows after years of Mac. I installed a Samsung SSD and clones whatever was on the HDD. Now whatever I install ends on on my small SSD. How do I configure it to go to HDD instead?

I actually don't recommend that you change Windows settings to default install on a secondary drive. I recommend you set it manually when installing a program.
