There is a good amount of emulators to choose from here (the word "here" is a link, I don't know why it isn't blue).

I assume you are already aware of the risk of copyright infringement that goes along with ROMs and emulation so I won't go into that.

You're on your own with ROMS. I've had my experiences with finding them, and the only way I can recommend getting them is by way of peer to peer filesharing and NOT the web.

www.romnation.net has plenty of emulators

including that one.

although, it is stated that legally you cannot download them unless you own the original machine that the emulator is emulating.

they have roms too.

same law applies however. you have to own the original peice of media for each rom you obtain, or delete them within 24 hours.

i love emulators.
keeps me from having to dig out my old machines and plug them in.
