I recently found my PC loading a software package automatically called "Antivirus 2009". This then caused several pop-ups to constantly pop-up and advise me to complete the installation, which I keep closing and clicking on "no". I tried several times to get rid of this file using the add & remove feature and the file was not listed on the list. I then located the file on my C drive and tried removing it manually. It would not let me remove this file. I then did a system restore to a point of not having this file. This eventually worked, but now everytime i open my internet explorer, no pages will open and I am informed that "the ordinal 36 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll.". How do I regain this file to allow me to again use my internet explorer for access to the internet? Help!
