Optomize upstream traffic.
Optomize a win 2003 Server.
I can ftp like the blazes, but http downloads from my server are slow.
No caps, as this is a biz line..and I've dble checked with my isp. Would there be anything like tcpoptimizer that I could look at what its allowing as default.
Otherwords.. can the upstream be tweaked.
