My two optical drives (One CD-Rom and One DVD) will not load at boot up after I installed and ran
Norton Ghost 14.0. I am running Win Vista Home Premium.

Ive got the same problem. Iinstalled ghost 2003 and now my sony (drx-830u) dual layer burner has dissappeared. Tried new usb cable, ports, unplugged it rebooted etc. ***!! It was working that morning.If youy hear anything let me know and i'll do the same.
