Try clearing your web browsers cache & cookies. Don't use a bookmark, but manually type in the main home page address into your browser - like Google not google.com/forum/... You could also try another browser if you have one installed.
Thanks for your reply. I can clear the cache, but i have found previously that if i clear the cookies my passwords for sites are no longer saved and i then have to reset the passwords for sites in my bookmarks. I typed Vetproductsdirect.com.au into my browser address bar and logged in but the "Oops" is still there but i`m not sure what you meant there. I tried Internet Explorer but the error "Oops" comes up in there too. I also tried the link by Daifne and it said the site is up.:wave:Try clearing your web browsers cache & cookies. Firefox 4.You can clear just the cookies for that site. Which browser are you using?
Thanks i rang the Vet products forum again and spoke to another person and she tried it on her computer and got the same message. The person i spoke to earlier didn`t know what she was talking about. Cheers:wave:Julie, it's not you. Their forum is down. Or to be more accurate, it's probably misconfigured on their end.
