I hope some one can point me in the right direction here.
I have two data folders on my computer that take a long time to open. I know it is network related because when I disable the nic card the problem goes away. I ran WireShark when I open the two folders and get name querys to old pcs that are no longer on the network. I have looked for these machine names in the registry but do not find anything by those names. How do I find the file or subfolder that is causing all of this netbios traffic?
Sample from WireShark of traffic I am getting, this traffic just keeps repeating itself over and over. Machine name Nitro1 is no longer on the network.
